Employment

Two options are available for part-time employment within the Vibrant Arena. Staffing with the Vibrant Arena, itself, is primarily part-time and determined by the facility's event schedule. Levy Restaurants, the Vibrant Arena's exclusive food service, also hires for a variety of positions which are also related to the facility's event schedule. Vibrant Arena

The Vibrant Arena is hiring for the following full-time position(s):

Conference Center/Hotel Sales Manager - Vibrant Arena/Wyndham Hotel

The Vibrant Arena hires on an "as needed" basis for the following part-time positions:

Ticket Seller
Duties include assisting the general public with seat selection and ticket purchases for all ticketed events.

Maintenance
Duties include the set up of banquet and meeting rooms in the Vibrant Arena's Conference Center as well as set up for arena events. Positions available during first and second shift.

Third-Shift Turnover Crew
Duties include the set up and tear down of all sporting and family events and concerts including staging, tables, chairs, etc. Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years of age.

Grounds

Duties include trash, snow removal, repairing Christmas lights, mowing, trimming, raking, planting, weeding, mulching and other grounds care duties. We also help inside when needed. Lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements are part of the job. Applicant must also be adaptable to work in all kinds of weather and temperatures.

Usher/Ticket Taker
Duties include greeting and assisting guests as they enter the facility and to their seats, as well as responding to questions or concerns that guests may have throughout the event.

Stagehand
Duties include detailed concert set up and tear down. Experience a must! Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years of age.

Parking Attendant
Duties include collecting parking fees, barricading lots, directing guests in vehicles as well as pedestrians in a safe and efficient manner.

Security Guard
Duties include securing and maintaining a safe environment, assisting with guest concerns, and greeting guests as they enter the facility. Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years of age.

A/V Tech

Duties include setting up and tearing down audio/visual equipment for events in the conference center and some events in the arena. Knowledge of sound and lighting equipment is necessary.

Camera Operator

Duties include operating a video camera to transmit certain events. The includes hockey, football, and other events as requested. A steady hand is a must.

Engineering

Duties include minor servicing and maintenance of lighting, mechanical, and other building systems. Knowledge of tools, electrical, and mechanical items and systems is necessary.

Levy Restaurants

Cook
Duties include food preparation within strict sanitation guidelines.

Cashier
Taking and fulfilling orders while operating and balancing a register drawer. Positive customer service skills required.

Bartender
Vending and preparing alcoholic beverages while meeting sanitation guidelines. Applicants for this position must be at least 21 years of age.

Server
Servers possess outstanding people skills as they care for our guests in a banquet environment.

Runner
Runners are responsible for stocking concession stands prior and during events.
