TaxSlayer Center Statement on COVID-19 (Updated 5/04/20)
 

Due to the Illinois Governor's extended mandate, the TaxSlayer Center offices are closed and will not reopen until June 2 (unless the Governor extends the shut down to a later date).   

We are in the process of re-scheduling many of our “postponed” events.  To date all ticketed events other than Hockey, Football, Monster Jam, WWE and Journey plan to re-schedule for future dates.  

We will be updating our website with all rescheduled event information as we finalize new event dates.   

 

Please continue to check our website for rescheduled dates and retain your tickets for any events you have purchased as they will be valid for the rescheduled date. Events that become officially “cancelled” can be refunded at the point of purchase.  Refunds for “postponed” events will be dictated by each show individually and we will relay that information on that event’s page on the taxslayercenter.com website as at information is made available to us.


For customers that purchased tickets via Ticketmaster, refunds for events that are designated as “cancelled” will automatically be refunded to your credit card. The TaxSlayer Center Box Office and Group Sales Department are closed through June 2.  Refunds for tickets sold through those departments for “cancelled” events will be available June 2 or whenever the TaxSlayer Center is able to reopen.
